I love the Clarity roller! I keep it at my desk and it’s an essential part of my workday… particularly when an afternoon slump hits. I have used other essential oil rollers in the past, but can safely say that the Sanaé products are in a league of their own.

I have been using the full Trauma line and find the products to be calming and effective. I really love pairing the Love roller with the Trauma products. I find the Love roller to be a comfort whenever I use it.

I use the awaken roll-on to help me be grounded and aware. Sometimes I get spacey and my head is in the clouds. When I get like that, it’s hard for me to get out of that space. The awaken roll-on oil really anchors me and to be present. I appreciate the people around me and notice the beauty of my surroundings more than before I used the oil.

I’ve struggled with an unregulated nervous system since a traumatic event in my teens. I can easily get overwhelmed, have panic attacks and live in fight or flight mode. Since using the trauma line and continuing to work on myself, it feels like I have my life back. I first used the trauma roll-on after feeling panicky emotions starting to creep in. I rolled it on my neck, wrists, chest and temples, and my body felt like it could immediately relax and breathe. I continue to incorporate other products like the scrub etc. and I use them like a ritual and when I feel a negative emotion arise, I apply it so I can manage my emotions.

I’m usually pretty skeptical about any kind of “alternative medicine”. When my wife and I used the Sanaé oils I was shocked. It was the end of a long day and we were grumpy and tired. I used the Clarity roll-on and she used Love. Within ten minutes we were happy and laughing and enjoying each other’s company. It felt so good. I have continued to use Clarity and I have the same experience every time. This stuff is for real.

The love line has such a beautiful scent and the packaging is divine. That alone changes your mood. I have to say I tend to be a stiff and direct person and I wanted to work on softening up and being more warm to others and myself. I find that these products absolutely do that for me. I have more compassion in my heart and my judgements have lessened.

I love to use the embody roll-on for my meditation practices. Before I journal out or visualize my thoughts, I roll on the oil and set up my space for my practice. I find it helps me get passionate about my goals and dreams. It gets my energy focused and I can clearly determinate which goals are ego based and which are heart centered. It has really helped level up my practices!!

I tend to be an over-thinker and that can make it hard for me to make decisions. I use the clarity body and bath oil and take a dropper full of oil and rub that in on my temples and the back of my neck. I notice I’m more grounded and my thoughts are organized and the extra thoughts are gone. I’m more confident in the decisions I make and it quiets the noise in my mind, pulling the authentic thoughts forward and I can think and decide clearly.

The Embody roll-on body oil has been the perfect addition to my self-care routine. I use it while connecting with my higher self and working through old patterns and triggers in real-time. I find that the Embody remedy allows me to connect in with ease and manage the energy and emotions that present with more grace.

As a practitioner, I find the Trauma Line to be quite useful. It works well to move stagnation caused by emotion resulting from all manner of trauma. Whether the trauma is old or new, from pain or abuse or even a crisis at work. The line has a wide reach.

Besides loving the smell of the Love Line, it works! I use it often and it helps soften my heart, love myself and others more.
