All products are made to order. Once an order has been placed and is in production it can not be changed. Orders are shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. If your order does not align with the schedule of the apothecary you will be notified with an update by email. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. We estimate you will receive your order within 7-10 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental USA or Canada. Allow 2-4 weeks for international orders. Shipping times may vary and are the responsibility of the shipping company.

The Sales Tax, Duties and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you are placing an order as a gift it is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm all information of the recipient.

damages

We do our best to ensure our products are packed to prevent damages. In the rare instance where your order may arrive damaged, please contact : with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will send you a replacement product.

returns

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you aren’t completely satisfied with our products, please contact us and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues or concerns.

E-Gift cards are non-refundable and never expire.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide all information for the recipient.
